There are so many people in our community who suffer alone, and you don’t have to!

Our meetings are from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. in hopes of reaching those who work and can’t find the extra time.

The meetings will be led by our licensed LCSW.

There will be a new topic every month relating to mental health and/ or participants’ topics of choice.

Anonymity is required by all participants.

Snacks and drinks will be provided.

Open to the public!
