The mission of the Kootenai River Development Council, Inc. is to promote community and economic development in south Lincoln County by facilitating infrastructure improvements to enhance Lincoln County’s desirability as a place to live, work and play. The Kootenai River Development Council, Inc. is led by a council of volunteer Board members representing the interests of the local communities.
