Hey Families…we designed this class for YOU: boys, girls, moms, dads, young, old…let’s move together! We focus on functional cardio movement and strength patterns designed to increase flexible strength for daily living activities development all while having a little Fun + Games
We Love Libby & want our community to be happy & healthy! If your kids want to come but only play on the playground that is cool absolutely fine! No worries if you need to take breaks to tend to your kiddos.
**MUST sign up by 11am to receive the location details.
**We will send a text message to all those on the class list in the morning letting you know what city park/playground we will be meeting at that day.
This is a donation only class…options to pay a little something online or drop cash in the bucket before/after class or enjoy class for free!

Snack for the little kids….you can never have too many snacks;)
