CARD Clinic Community Event

The CARD Clinic will be hosting a free outdoor parking lot event on Wednesday, June 28th. There will be free food and drinks, games and prizes.

This event is for all CARD Clinic patients and their families.

A supervisor from the Noridian Medicare Pilot Program will also be there to answer any health, or health benefit questions
